So are you looking for fitness equipment that can work the whole body? If so, then you already know that working the entire body, instead of focusing on one or two areas, will give you a better overall feeling of health and can have other lifelong benefits.

For instance, many body workouts will help to straighten the back and increase endurance and help to lower blood pressure. If you are going to work the entire body, you will find that a lot of the time you will be using endurance machines, which include elliptical machines, stationary bikes, treadmills, rower machines and stair stepper exercise equipment. These are known as cardio machines and have the ability to give you a full body workout. This is why they are called body fitness machines or body fitness equipment.

– Treadmills:

Treadmills are great for a good cardio workout. Treadmills can either be used to simulate brisk walks, or can be used for intense sprints or longer jogs or a combination of all three. Treadmill exercises are going to be very personal, in that there are a lot of different ways in which they can be used to get the full body workout. This is all done by either changing the speed of the treadmill, usually from 1 mph to 10 mph, or by inclining the treadmill. Sometimes an inclined treadmill is better for joints and will work different parts of the leg muscles.

– Elliptical Machines:

Elliptical cross training, can allow for a full body workout as they usually have you holding onto arm bars while the legs go back and forth. Most ellipticals can also be inclined at varying degrees, and also have different resistance settings that can make an elliptical workout very intense. Ellipticals are great for people that have bad joints and cannot take the pounding that is inevitable with treadmills. This is becauase an elliptical is designed to be very smooth and the joints are never under strain. It also burns calories very quickly without straining the joints they way treadmills can.

– Stationary Bikes:

Stationary bikes have been the standard in body fitness equipment and cardio workouts for a very long time. They are also very easy on the joints, just like elliptical machines. They will also provide overall cardiovascular conditioning while providing all around fitness. Stationary bikes are great because they burn calories quickly and do not usually cause serious fatigue after use the way treadmills might.

– Stair Machines:

Stair machines, also called steppers or stair exercise equipment, are terrific for the legs and buttocks. They can build great muscle in the calf area and the buttocks while also offering a great cardio workout. Stair stepper exercise machines can provide very intense cardio workouts in the same way that treadmills can. This is a very intense workout and will condition the body very quickly. Steppers are good for the joints as well.

– Rowers:

Rower machines, although not as popular as other body fitness equipment, offer a more complete body workout then most other machines. This is because they work the legs, arms, back, abdominals and buttocks. The legs provide most of the power while the upper body does the rest. This is one of the few machines that really works your back as well as the other parts of the body and for this reason it is in a class of body fitness equipment all its own.

When physical and mental health is considered good, the human body implies to be good. It must follow strict diets, proper habits and work outs so that everyday stress can be handled and dealt appropriately.

Proper nutrition for body nurturing is required so that it stays healthy and well. Significant vitamins, minerals, and foods need to be provided for achieving total fitness. The right meaning of fitness is nothing but good mental, physical and spiritual health.

When all processes of your body which is associated with physical and mental state functions at peak levels, body is considered to be fit. This is not a single day task. It is also not like taking a stroll in the park or going to some gym.

There are quite many factors to be considered when you talk about a fit body. Body conditioning as well as daily necessities is required.

For a stronger body, physical exercises provide the absolute help. All body parts need to function as a single unit. Hence, absence of a single factor could fail your overall fitness needs. For an instance, if you concentrate mainly on weight maintenance with meeting only cardiovascular needs, it would indicate that you have forgotten about all other organs leaving your heart. All organs ought to be functioning well when body fitness in considered. Fit body is not just achieving a sleek figure, bur replenishing whatever was depleted from one’s body because of everyday activities. Ensure that every physical exercise you do, benefits your entire body.

Every available resource must be used in a wise manner. One must also be rightly informed about various bodily needs for a fit figure. For any unhealthy body, the causes must be dug deep. Essentially, switching to a fit body is not all that easy especially when people have followed years of unhealthy practices like poop nutrition, bad habits and almost nil physical exercising.

One should make a clear distinction between fitness and wellness since many have misconception about the two. Being fit and being well are two entirely different and exclusive conditions; however, both are required in maintaining health and vitality. Any licensed fitness instructor, a fitness counsel at some local gym or a fitness club can test the fitness level, but wellness gets determined by optimum performance of the immune system.

When both wellness and fitness is maintained at maximum levels, the body maintains the right balance. Nutritional intake, generally affects the capacity of mind, body and living well. When this is encompassed with healthy eating pattern, regular exercise and clean living, it results to overall fitness and wellness.

Properly attending the physical needs of all body parts could also result to total fitness of body. Always remember that these parts work united with each other. For limbs to function at peak levels, two eyes, two hands, two feet and all other parts are equally important.

When compared to an invented machine, our physical body functions better. It is more complex and powerful, thus taking higher abuse, however continuously operating in spite of not meeting the everyday requirements for couple of days. It should be always noted that if you bring ample fitness in your body, it would function tremendously well.

Being a woman, it is very important to look great, have an attractive figure, and thus gain praise. A woman always wishes to look beautiful with a perfect physique. Having a perfect body is not only important to look great but also to remain healthy. Healthy and perfect looking body can be easily attained by following a few rules:

Eat Healthy Food

To remain fit, it is necessary that you intake healthy food only. Fat abundant diets must be avoided as these kinds of foods not only disfigures a person, but also are hazardous for health. With the intake of diets high in fat, blood cholesterol levels increase and invite a bundle of diseases.

For the attainment of a fit body, women adopt some specific diets. These diets include herbal diets like green tea and Acai Berry diets which are gaining popularity due to their effectiveness.

Targeted Workout

Figure out the problem areas of your body; the areas that need most of your attention. Generally, women get fat stacks around their waist. It is best to start with targeted areas workouts. When you will begin losing fat around the targeted areas, you will gradually start looking slim overall.

Time Keeping

Fix a time for workout that fits your daily routine. Try joining fitness classes so that you have a fixed time which will thus bound you to go for the daily workout. Otherwise, women are apt to become reluctant if they start doing workout at home. You must be completely dedicated towards the purpose of having a fit physique.

Monitor Weight

Weight monitoring is quite helpful in keeping up your fitness. It is the first place from where you can know that you are proceeding towards disfiguration or towards an unfit body. Body maintenance requires continuous hard work and surveillance.

Avoid Mistakes

Many people follow whatever they see others doing. It is a big mistake. Following others’ plans and strategies can be a mere waste of time as it is not necessary that what suits them must also suit you. Take guidance from a professional to begin with, and then carryon with what suits you best.

Avoid Myths

There are many fitness plans available in the market with the claim of helping you achieve the ideal figure by following them. Though it is not true that following only the diet plans can make your tummy tuck in. Other aspects also play their role. So, always keep in mind that you don’t have to buy anything claiming to be the right choice.

Sticking To Plans

Procedures of keeping yourself fit vary from person to person depending upon the BMI and body requirements. Some can achieve their goals by simply following a walking routine, whereas some have to follow extensive workout routine in order to match up with diet plans. Many people don’t get their desired figure just because they lose heart very soon. It is critically important to remain consistent in case you wish to attain a fit body. Women generally become inconsistent when they see no apparent change within a few weeks.

2nd part

Read 1st part here:

SOME OF THE BEST FITNESS TIPS

Tip no 8

Challenge yourself! Try always for a personal record ,however marginal.
Avoid the hamster mentality of endless walking or slow jogging on the treadmill etc.
Go for the real things:

-circuit weight training/metabolic weight training
-anaerobic interval training or at least some form of HIIT

Tip no 9

*No fancy fitness gadgets! No form of passive exersise(vibration training included!)
*No fad diets!
*No magic pills, potions and powders!
*You will have to try hard!
*You will have to sweat!
*Don’t fall prey to the fitness charlatans’ deceitful promises!

Tip no 10

Do you want to try the best outdoor workout ever?

Find it here:

FITNESS: THE BEST OUTDOOR WORKOUT EVER (2)

Tip no 11

Do you want the best info on abs training?

Check it here:

PERFECT ABS: THE ABSOLUTE ARTICLE ON ABS

Tip no 12

There is no best time for fitness activities.
The best time is this that best suits you and serves your schedule in an optimum way.

Tip no 13

Weight training : do not engage into endless repetitions looking for muscle definition. Definition is a pleasant side-effect of fat loss.

-lift heavy enough to adequately tax your muscular system

-avoid split workouts if you are an amateur fitness enthusiast

-perform only compound, two handed exercices at 8 repetitions/set anb minimal breaks between sets

-perform 2-3 short but really intense workouts per week.Beware of overtraining!

-do some HIIT after your weight training session

Tip no 14

The most important meals are the breakfast and the post workout meal (makes sense only after really tough workouts). If your workout is not challenging enough you don’t really have to bother!

Tip no 15

You can control your insulin excretion-and thus your energy profile- by spreading your caloric intake into about 5-6 equivalent meals/day.

Do prefer foods with a low glycemic index (and load of course).

These choices will favor a better body composition.

Tip no 16

You absolutely don’t need a gym (except if you want to socialize or flirt!).
Try bodyweight circuits or dumbbell circuits in the convenience of your your home. You will save money and time! Of course you will need some self-motimation for this!
See again tip no 10.

Tip no 17

Never, ever quit. Time spent for a better physique is a valuable investment. You will be thankful for this when you catch your 40s.

Tip no 18

Mind beats body! Make your mental preparation.
Fight to be consistent, disciplined and self motivated!

Tip no 19

The best nutrition in only few words:

- quality protein
- tons of vegetables
- monounsaturated and omega-3 fats
- unprocessed, natural foods
- foods high in antioxidants
- minimal sugar, white flour and trans fats intake
- no fad diets!
- no exaggerations! -consistency -minimal emotional and mindless eating(a mind matter)

Tip no 20

Don’t follow the herd. Use your imagination. Try non conventional, functional exercises.
Don’t get obsessed with perfection!
Get obsessed with perpetual progress!
