Have you found yourself with a lack of direction? What do you really want in life? If you find that you enjoy dealing with hair and makeup, or simply making other people look attractive, you may consider looking into beauty courses. Most women have people in their lives who are always the one they go to if they need hair styled or nails manicured. If you are that person, you should absolutely consider beauty courses as a way to turn your talent into a career. Of course, beauty courses are more than simply hair and nails. There is a lot of information that must be learned in order to be effective and successful in the beauty business. If you think that this is a career path for you, don’t think that you can set out on your own without taking beauty courses. After all, without these courses, you will have a much more difficult time getting a license. And while hair may always grow back, your clients may not take to kindly to waiting out a bad haircut.

The first thing to know about beauty courses is that, no matter how much innate talent you have, you probably have a lot to learn. You may have used hair dye from a box, but that doesn’t mean that you have to experience to help a high paying client find the exact shade of auburn that will look both attractive and natural. Accidents that take place in the salon and are initiated by those who haven’t taken beauty courses can be extremely damaging. Not only do you put yourself as a business person at risk of a career and business ending lawsuit, but the chemicals you use could cause severe damage to an unsuspecting customer. If you are seriously considering a career in beauty, it is a great idea to begin researching beauty courses. After all, you would probably prefer a higher paying job at a high end salon to working at a cheap shop snipping $15 haircuts. With beauty courses, you can achieve that dream.

Of course, there may be things in your way that make it difficult to fit beauty courses into your life. Perhaps you have children who need supervision. You probably have a day job that you aren’t in a position to give up. Maybe the price of beauty courses is money that you just don’t have. Now is the time to enlist friends and family to help you in your time of need. If you need a babysitter, find a friend and work out a barter system. Maybe you can use some of your skills to offer free haircuts or manicures in exchange for watching the kids for a few hours a week. If you have a day job, many beauty courses may offer night classes for people with your schedule. Of course, if money is the issue, it can make it extremely difficult to overcome. Find out if any family members are willing to invest in your future. If not, start saving! You will find that beauty courses can be a great investment over the long term and can help you achieve your dreams!

According to Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of health and healing, the Kapha Dosha (humour) is primarily responsible for fat and adipose tissue in the body and therefore reducing Kapaha is the key to a successful weight loss program. Below you will find some effective tips from ayurveda to help reduce Kapha Dosha and thus battle obesity and being overweight.

Of the four dimensions of our being, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, in this article I will cover the Physical Dimension which is most important for the reduction of Kapha and the correlating reduction in weight.

Weight Loss Tips from Ayurveda:

1. Ayurvedic Diet for Weight Loss:

Obviously an anti-kapha diet is the place to start when looking to lose weight. This means eating lots of fruits, vegetables, spicy foods and whole grains.

2. Exercise for Weight Loss:

The following Ayurvedic guidelines should be followed for proper exercise with regard to weight loss:

* More Exercise the Better: Kapha\’s qualities of fixed, dull, heavy, soft and cold are all negated via exercise. In other words, the more exercise you do the more you reduce Kapha and therefore fat in your body.

* Exercise Without Excessive Strain: According to Ayurveda, Kapha individuals need the most vigorous exercise, but at the same time, the exercise should never be extreme. Find a good balance between doing too little and over doing it. Breaking a nice sweat is good, but being totally breathless is probably too much.

* Be Consistent: A Kapha body type has a propensity towards weight gain so you need to make exercise a daily part of you life. The hardest part will be to get the exercise program underway. Once this is done Kapha people tend to be very determined and steady, so they will be able to adhere to it long term. Getting started though is another matter for Kapha types and usually requires shock treatment. In the spirit of shock treatment, understand that by NOT exercising and NOT losing the weight you are putting your longevity and quality of life at risk. Enough said, start today!

* Yoga for Weight Loss: Yoga offers an excellent way to include holistic exercises into your fitness program. These exercises will not just help you lose weight, but will also help your overall health and well-being.

* Post Exercise Diet: After exercises do not drink cold liquids. This period is key as you are trying to increase the metabolic fire in your cells so they burn more calories and drinking cold liquids at this time will negate this important benefit which exercise bestows.

3. Hard Physical Work to Burn Calories:

According to Ayurveda reduction of Kapha is promoted by living a physical, active lifestyle. In today\’s age of technology, computers, TVs, TiVO, internet, etc, manual labor is getting more rare for people to do. So you need to consciously incorporate physical work into your life. Whether that be mowing the lawn, tending to the garden or shoveling snow, it is important to not live a sedentary live of watching TV and eating twinkies.

4. Massage Therapy to Reduce Fat:

There are many treatment modalities in Ayurveda of which massage is highly recommended. In the context of weight loss and reducing Kapha, strong massage with light oils such as mustard or flaxseed is helpful.

5. Sleep Guidelines for Weight Loss:

No napping or going to bed early. If you want to reduce Kapha and weight remember you burn more calories when you are awake and being active, than when you are happily snuggled under the blanket.

The above recommendations will surely help you with your weight loss goals and in addition to helping you get slim, they will also make you more healthy and fit.

Tip no 8

Challenge yourself! Try always for a personal record ,however marginal.
Avoid the hamster mentality of endless walking or slow jogging on the treadmill etc.
Go for the real things:

-circuit weight training/metabolic weight training
-anaerobic interval training or at least some form of HIIT

Tip no 9

*No fancy fitness gadgets! No form of passive exersise(vibration training included!)
*No fad diets!
*No magic pills, potions and powders!
*You will have to try hard!
*You will have to sweat!
*Don’t fall prey to the fitness charlatans’ deceitful promises!

Tip no 10

Do you want to try the best outdoor workout ever?

Tip no 11

Do you want the best info on abs training?

Check it here:

PERFECT ABS: THE ABSOLUTE ARTICLE ON ABS

Tip no 12

There is no best time for fitness activities.
The best time is this that best suits you and serves your schedule in an optimum way.

Tip no 13

Weight training : do not engage into endless repetitions looking for muscle definition. Definition is a pleasant side-effect of fat loss.

-lift heavy enough to adequately tax your muscular system

-avoid split workouts if you are an amateur fitness enthusiast

-perform only compound, two handed exercices at 8 repetitions/set anb minimal breaks between sets

-perform 2-3 short but really intense workouts per week.Beware of overtraining!

-do some HIIT after your weight training session

Tip no 14

The most important meals are the breakfast and the post workout meal (makes sense only after really tough workouts). If your workout is not challenging enough you don’t really have to bother!

Tip no 15

You can control your insulin excretion-and thus your energy profile- by spreading your caloric intake into about 5-6 equivalent meals/day.

Do prefer foods with a low glycemic index (and load of course).

These choices will favor a better body composition.

Tip no 16

You absolutely don’t need a gym (except if you want to socialize or flirt!).
Try bodyweight circuits or dumbbell circuits in the convenience of your your home. You will save money and time! Of course you will need some self-motimation for this!
See again tip no 10.

Tip no 17

Never, ever quit. Time spent for a better physique is a valuable investment. You will be thankful for this when you catch your 40s.

Tip no 18

Mind beats body! Make your mental preparation.
Fight to be consistent, disciplined and self motivated!

Tip no 19

The best nutrition in only few words:

- quality protein
- tons of vegetables
- monounsaturated and omega-3 fats
- unprocessed, natural foods
- foods high in antioxidants
- minimal sugar, white flour and trans fats intake
- no fad diets!
- no exaggerations! -consistency -minimal emotional and mindless eating(a mind matter)

Tip no 20

Don’t follow the herd. Use your imagination. Try non conventional, functional exercises.
Don’t get obsessed with perfection!
Get obsessed with perpetual progress!

Aloe Vera is the most prestigious herb used for skin care. It contains almost 20 amino acids, minerals like calcium, magnesium and sodium in sufficient quantities, enzymes, vitamins, polysaccharides, nitrogen and other components that make it a miracle beauty herb. It prevents injury to epithelial tissues and promotes healing of injured tissues. An epithelium is a layer of cells that covers the body. Our largest epithelium is the skin and one of the main applications of Aloe Vera is to soothe a variety of skin ailments such as mild cuts, insect stings, bruises, Poison Ivy and eczema. It also has antibacterial and antifungal qualities, and increases blood flow to wounded areas. In addition, it also stimulates fibroblasts, the skin cells responsible for wound healing and the manufacture of collagen, the protein that controls the aging process of the skin and wrinkling. The skin absorbs Aloe Vera up to four times faster than water. Aloe Vera & Hair Care Aloe Vera makes hair thick and healthy and it is being used for hair conditioning since more than thousand years. It contains lot of enzymes that are beneficial for hair growth. It acts as a natural hair conditioner and can be used in place of chemical based conditioners. For healthier looking hair the fewer chemicals people expose to their hair its better. It is also used as a treatment for hair loss because it stimulates new hair production and can even fight against alopecia. Additionally, it is also a good treatment for scaly/itchy scalps, oily hair and dandruff. It also works very well as an anti-frizz product. People can use it in many different ways. Drink two to four ounces of Aloe Vera juice a day on empty stomach. Drinking the juice daily can help improve digestion, blood circulation and detoxify the body and cleanse the colon. How To Use Aloe Vera Gel? Apply the gel directly from leaf for general skin care. The gel also has the ability to soothe pain and regenerate skin cells to promote healing with no or little scaring. Apply gel two to three times a day to the wounded area until it is healed. The gel taken from the plant can also be combined with wheat-germ oil and safflower flower to reduce bruising. Applying the gel to the scalp is a good treatment for dandruff and hair loss. Apply the gel directly to damaged or diseased gums to reduce inflammation, pain, and to promote healing. Tooth-Care And Eye-Care Include the gel in dental hygiene regimens to help fight tooth decay and reduce plaque. To create eyewash, dissolve half tablespoon of powdered gel in one cup of water. To accelerate the healing process add one teaspoon of boric acid. Pour the solution through a coffee filter before applying to the eyes. Aloe Vera: An Ultimate Healing Agent Because the gel of the Aloe Vera plant is known to absorb quickly into the skin and reduce inflammation and pain, it also works well on sprains, strains, muscle pains and arthritic pain. Apply the gel along with a cold compress to the sore area two to three times per day. Overall, Aloe Vera is a wonderful supplement for creating a naturally healthy skin and it should be integrated in your daily skin care regimen.
Health is the most previous thing a person has; therefore it is of utmost importance that we take care of our health as much as possible. When a personal is physically fit and healthy, one looks good and lean inside and out!

A person can engage in a lot of different activities to keep fit and work out. One might choose to go for a morning walk or jog everyday. Others may prefer something more sociable, and might choose to plan basketball or tennis with friends. Other people might like to sign up to a gym and workout there, this option is indeed the best choice for achieving a lean look and growing strong muscles.

Exercise is also important as it has many health benefits. It protects the body from a number of diseases and conditions. It is also one of the best methods for keeping happy and content. It is truly amazing how exercise can help improve both a person’s mood and self confidence, indirectly therefore preventing one from falling into depression or anxiety.

Of course it is of utmost important for anyone to first consult with their doctor/GP before embarking on any fitness and exercise regime. This is truly important as it will help, among other things, avoid injury.

A well balanced exercise plan should include a mixture of cardiovascular and weight training exercises. This will ensure calories are burnt, whilst also increasing the muscle to fat ratio which will increase a person’s metabolism.

When a person who has never worked out before, decided to embark on fitness plan, they should do so in a gradual and slow manner. Over doing it at the start can lead to injury or pulled muscles. Endurance is built slowly over a number of weeks and months.

There is another ingredient to beauty, which does not have to do with being lean and full of muscles. An essential ingredient to it is the beauty from within a person!

The following are some tips you can use to stay healthy and beautiful:

* Read books daily to work out your mind and keep it sharp!

* Everyone gets stressed, and work often has a lot to do with it. Try and do something special for yourself everyday to reduce the stress. Simple things you can do for yourself, like having a hot bath or going for a swim, will help you relieve stress greatly.

* Incredibly enough, pollution also has something to do with people’s moods and stress level. Try and combat this by taking in daily vitamin supplements and antioxidants. This will help, for instance, protect your skin from damage. When buying beauty products ensure that contain antioxidants as well.

* Become healthier by cutting out those bad habits! Quit cigarettes and cut down on alcohol drinking. It is amazing the positive effect these two changes will have on your health and well being.

* What if you don’t smoke? Then make sure that you stay away from smokers as much as possible! Studies have shown that non-smokers are also at risk of developing lung cancer due to second-hand smoking.

* Be positive! Start the day with a positive outlook towards life. Wake up in the morning and feel enthusiastic for the day ahead. Just as exercise makes a person feel better, so does a smile! Smiles are very positive, and moreover they are very contagious. Not only will it brighten your day, but for others around you as well!
